I am a conflict management professional with over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate high-stakes workplace conflict.
For 15 years, I served as a federal mediator with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), mediating complex labor disputes across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Since leaving federal service, I have continued this work through Puente Solutions, providing mediation, facilitation, and training with the same rigor and neutrality.
